Recently, some malicious individuals have attempted to obtain personal information through phishing and other methods. We strongly recommend that you stay alert and do not respond to any SMS, emails, or calls from unverified sources requesting personal information. Breeze will never ask you to provide personal account details, passwords, or other sensitive information. Please do not easily trust such requests.

To protect your personal information security, we recommend that you take the following measures:

1. Protect Your Account:Use strong passwords, change them regularly, and do not share passwords with others. Also, regularly download and update the Breeze REWARDS APP.
2. Be Cautious with Online Information and Personal Message Notifications:Avoid clicking on suspicious links, downloading unknown attachments, and ensure you visit secure websites.
3. Regularly Check Account Activity:Monitor your account activity. If you notice any unusual or suspicious situations, please immediately notify our customer service center and call the 165 anti-fraud hotline to report.
