Named after the most precious spice saffron, it combines the ever-changing spices of India with authentic flavors from different regions, and saffron has always been the most resounding name among Indian restaurants in Taipei. At the end of 2018, this beloved saffron, moved from Tianmu to Xinyi District, officially embarked on a brand new journey. The modern and delicate new space features a bar, where a champion bartender was specially invited to develop creative cocktails incorporating Indian spices, paired with exquisite appetizers, inviting guests to relax and enjoy a casual pre-dinner drink. The restaurant's menu includes not only classic North Indian dishes and fresh tandoori specialties but also renowned South Indian seafood flavors and various desserts. In the new saffron, the flavors are still exquisite, and each drink, each dish, and the moments spent sharing exotic cuisine together is a wonderful journey exploring spices, satisfying both the palate and the sense of smell.
