Little South Gate

Little South Gate was established in 1996 and started as a street stall beside the campus of Soochow University. The tofu pudding sold here is made entirely by hand according to ancient methods, thus named 'Little South Gate Traditional Tofu Pudding.' The materials are fresh, with a delicate and smooth texture that melts in your mouth, making it popular among local residents and students, leading to a steady stream of customers.
