Founded in 1991, Saint Paul Bakery started in Chiayi and has won national and world championships ten times over the past 30 years. It all started from a boy cherishing the lovely aroma of bread after his mother worked hard to bring it home. In the material-scarce 1950s, his mother would always bring home an incredibly precious loaf of bread on payday, which was the boy's most anticipated day each month. Not only was it the unique sweetness of pastries, but it was also the joyful taste shared with family. To carry on this simple beauty of childhood, the story's protagonist, General Manager Su Jin-Wei, works hard to make dreams come true. For decades, he has adhered to his original intention for baking, hoping to convey the deliciousness of pastries and bread to more people, ensuring that every significant moment features Saint Paul, intertwining beautiful flavors and memories, while the taste filled with family love continues to waft at Taipei Breeze Station.

 

Saint Paul Bakery has been awarded the Belgium Culinary Award 'iTQi International Taste Institute' for world-class recognition. In 2021, it also won the International Monte Award for the Grand Gold in Food Quality Evaluation, and this year it received the German iF Design Award for Interior Design. Not only is it striving towards 'business transformation,' but it is also creating a unique 'light fashion aesthetics.' In addition to bringing deliciousness closer to consumers, the space design is full of playfulness, with layered roofs extending like a rabbit's burrow, working hard to create a secret garden in the city.
