The brand new dining brand 'IVY GARDEN' will focus on utilizing unique ingredients and original techniques to present dishes in various forms. Specially invited is the renowned chef Christine Lau from New York, USA, who has won numerous awards, to participate in designing the menu, featuring her unique blend of Japanese and Italian styles. This will be complemented by the self-operated team from 微風, which has a rich background in French and molecular cuisine, presenting light luxury fine dining dishes.

Located on the 7th floor of 微風廣場, 'IVY GARDEN' has a garden-themed restaurant design, where lush plant landscaping, warm lighting, and modern design elements are cleverly combined. The semi-open space creates a vibrant and natural dining atmosphere, allowing guests to enjoy creative and diverse dishes, paired with carefully arranged signature cocktails, making the dining experience feel like an exploration of a joyful, relaxed journey that subverts the impression of fine dining.
