Inspired by the phrase “Understanding and enjoying Italian coffee makes one a connoisseur”, founder Huang Mingxian was profoundly impacted by the strong flavor of Espresso upon his first taste, solidifying his determination to craft a great cup of coffee. Committed to hand-roasting beans, meticulously stirring, and controlling the heat, he sought the sweet spot that perfectly releases the flavors of the coffee beans. After four years of research, he developed a classic formula named after the Italian goddess Louisa, upholding the belief that all coffee lovers deserve a great cup of coffee, and firmly embracing his passion for specialty coffee culture. In 2006, he established the first store, unveiling the world blueprint of the Louisa specialty coffee chain brand.
