Integrating the elegant elements of French cuisine into Italian dishes, avoiding the traditional Italian framework in presentation and seasoning, while also pairing different pasta types besides Spaghetti to enhance the rich Italian flavor.
In addition to offering classic tomato sauce, nut pesto, and creamy white sauce, we introduced the thin Daori's "special sauce" to create a unique Italian dish for Taiwanese people, hoping to let more people recognize the wonderful taste of Daori.
