Xingao Pavilion

The founder of Shinkouken discovered traditional recipes in a Japanese antique bookstore and developed traditional Japanese curry based on those ancient methods. The curry features a broth base made from a large amount of vegetables and fruit combined with more than ten spices, resulting in Shinkouken's unique curry flavor. For the rice, another key component of curry rice, top-quality selected sushi rice is used for cooking, and the choice of meat is also high-quality to ensure the best texture and taste.
