Boss Qiu started out from a breakfast shop in Pingtung, and after more than twenty years of experience, moved north to settle in Yingge Town; thereafter, he transformed into a bun processing factory, wholesaling to major department stores and markets for nearly twenty years, while also producing and selling his own products.

Due to the quality and reputation of the products made by Boss Qiu, they are loved by friends in every corner of the streets, and because the boss is simple, silly, and cute, he named the brand 'Tai Sha Baozi'.
