The daughter of the Hong family, Hung Yu-Shan, who was born in Beidou Township, Changhua, stated that each handmade sandwich represents the nostalgia for the traditional flavors of her hometown and the original intention. Five years ago, she started traveling with her husband, Tsai Chih-Ming, through various cities, including Taipei, Taoyuan, Nangang, Songshan, and at major train stations and Far Eastern Plaza, providing delicious sandwiches so that busy urbanites could enjoy the sandwiches that reflect their longing for the traditional flavors of their hometown.
